So, after pulling one of the biggest scams in sports card history, they dont really seem to understand that opening boxes from card companies BEFORE the release is probably going to cause some problems. Of course, they pull one of the best cards in the set, and I get mega pissed.

Well, our first licensed product of the 2008 season is here. Too bad its Playoff Prestige, which is basically the rookies in their college jerseys with their drafted team helmets below. Prestige does have a few redeeming factors which I will talk about below, but overall its your standard pre-rookie premiere set.

Why are there so many fans of the Red Sox and Yankees that have no connection to the team? I am sick of these people. After watching the game on Saturday I noticed that there were more in Minnesota than I expected. Next time I hear a "Lets go Red Sox" chant in an away park, I may call in a bomb threat.

Un-freaking-believable. As long as I have been a Twins fan, I have never seen hustle as awesome as Carlos Gomez's pure, unadulterated, ridiculous speed. Just to give you an idea of how long it has been since the Twins have hit for the cycle, Kirby was the last to do it.
