Willie Green tied a season high with 23 points and the Philadelphia 76ers survived a late rally for a 99-95 victory Saturday night over the Toronto Raptors. Andre Miller and Andre Iguodala each added 20 for the 76ers, who seemed to take command with a 24-5 run that started late in the second quarter and continued until midway through the third.
