Alex Ovechkin captured the Hart Trophy and the Lester B. Pearson Award, beating out Calgary's Jarome Iginla and Pittsburgh's Evgeni Malkin for both honors tonight at the NHL Awards Show in Toronto. He's the first Capital to win either award. The voting for the Hart Trophy wasn't even close.
