Thomas Gerbasi, UFC - Finally. For light heavyweight James Lee, a decade of toil in mixed martial arts had paid off with a fight in the PRIDE organization against Travis Wiuff in February of 2007. It was to be the start of something big for the Detroit native, a chance to get some worldwide recognition as well as a little financial security; not only for himself, but for his son.

One of the biggest names in the UFC is back in the news. Tito Ortiz has been offered a fight against Lyoto Machida. Machida is fresh off his victory over Sokoudjou at UFC 79. Ortiz has not fought in the Octagon since his draw against Rashad Evans at UFC 73 in July.
