Seems as though the only thing that New England Patriot wide receiver Randy Moss can’t catch is a break. Moss is being accused, by a Florida woman, of “battery causing serious injury”. The affidavit, which you can see here, filed by Rachelle Washington of Fort Lauderdale Florida was filed in a Broward County Court this past Monday, issued a order of protection against Moss.
