I'm listening to Max Kellerman right now and he's been talking about this, and he has a good point. Steve Lombardi of WasWatching.com wrote about it earlier this week as well. Why do the Yankees continue to bat someone with a who is hitting .275/.346/.439 third? You know, the spot where you're supposed to have your best hitter?
