All but three present for Redskins' practice

All except for Chris Cooley, H.B. Blades and Byron Westbrook were present when the first practice after the bye week began at 1 p.m., according to tweets by Rick Maese. All three were casualties of the Monday night loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Cooley broke a bone in his lower leg and underwent surgery Wednesday; Blades and Westbrook have knee injuries. (link)
