Alou to have MRI on injured ankle

Mets outfielder, Moises Alou, already on the disabled list after hernia surgery, injured his left ankle and flew up to New York for an MRI on it, SI.com has learned.

Adam Rubin is reporting that Moises Alou will be activated in Arizona on Friday. The MRI showed no fracture in Alou's ankle. Alou is working out with the team at Shea.Alou: No fracture, will return Friday in Arizona
