New York Red Bulls striker Jozy Altidore appears headed for Villarreal after the Spanish first-division club agreed to a transfer deal with Major League Soccer for the teenage forward. Altidore still must negotiate a contract with Villarreal before he can join the club, a person affiliated with the Red Bulls said Wednesday on condition of anonymity because the deal had not yet been announced.
