I just wanted to say how much I have appreciated the fantasy support that D.J. Augustin has provided my team.
The two most important positions on a fantasy basketball team are the center and point guard. These are two positions that specialize in specific categories: rebounds and blocks for centers and assists for point guards.
I always try to have about four of each on every team. I have in the standard Yahoo fantasy basketball format, and entering the season, I only had one real point guard in Andre Miller.
Thanks to an early season waiver pickup in Augustin, I have successfully added another pure point guard to my team that will lead me to the chosen land. Augustin not only led my team in assists this past week, but also in three-pointers, and was only four points from tops in points category on a team that has Kobe, Andre Iguodala, and Zydrunas Ilgauskas (who led my team in points).
