PALM BEACH, Fla.--New England Patriots Coach Bill Belichick arrived for NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell's address this morning to begin the annual league meeting. One problem: Belichick wasn't wearing his credential and, according to people who witnessed the scene, the security guard stationed outside the meeting room at the Breakers resort wouldn't let Belichick by without it.
