Another doctor recommends rest for Gallinari

BOSTON - The prognosis for Danilo Gallinari's back
remains the same, though the timetable keeps getting pushed back. The Knicks rookie yesterday saw a specialist - his third in five days - who agreed with the previous two doctors that his lower-back injury requires rest, not surgery.
