The Redskins have signed linebacker Brandon Archer to their practice squad, replacing Steve Octavien, the team announced. Octavien was signed to the Dallas Cowboys' active roster. Archer, who will wear No. 56, is a 6-foot, 230-pound player who spent most of last season on Indianapolis' active roster and practice squad.
