Are You Ready For Some Football? Eagles-Cowboys Preview
The boys are back in town. After dismantling the much talked about Browns in Week One, the Cowboys square off against the division rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Confidence is high in Philly after their absolute beat down of the St. Louis Rams. I haven’t seen a beat down that impressive in quite some time. Sure the Rams are terrible, but if McNabb plays like his 2004 self, 31 TDs 8 INTs, the Eagles might just be serious contenders. Now if they could just get Asante Samuel to hold onto an interception….
Enough about Week One, its time to focus on Week Two’s best match up. This game has everything an NFL fan could want: intense rivalry, big stars, good teams and best of all it’s on Monday night football, surely there’s no better theatre for a game of this caliber.
Oh and I forgot to mention, this is the final home opener at Texas Stadium, before moving to the monster $1 billion plus stadium next year. Now, while this isn’t quite as sentimental as the last ...
