Banks' Padres debut could be next week

 
Josh Banks could get his first start as a Padre next Saturday in San Francisco against the Giants. Padres manager Bud Black acknowledged that the rotation, which is without both Jake Peavy and Chris Young, will require a "new" starter next Saturday. (link)
