BC's Brady Smith pleads not guilty (AP)

Boston College defensive end Brady Smith pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges of rape and breaking and entering with an intent to commit a felony for an on-campus incident. A Brighton District Court judge ordered the 20-year-old to be held on $50,000 cash bail and to stay away from the alleged victim and college property. [link]
