Mike Mulligan: The Bears agreed to terms with running back Matt Forte on Wednesday, giving them a league-high 11 signees out of 12 players selected in the April draft. Forte, a second-round pick (44th overall) out of Tulane, is expected to be awarded the starting job in training camp. He agreed to terms on a four-year deal worth more than $3.7 million that includes about $2 million in total bonus money.
