mvn.com 4/8/2008 — George Sherrill, acquired in the Bedard-Jones swap, ranks slightly behind Joakim Soria in the “woah, look at that!” group of closers. He’s sure to lose a little luster when the Orioles stop winning at an .833 clip, but Sherrill may be a very cheap source of 25 saves. He was drafted, on average, just after Jonathan Broxton but before Heath Bell.
