Blue Jays end season with big win

The Blue Jays put the finishing touches on their 2008 season with a 10-1 romp over the Orioles on Sunday afternoon at Camden Yards. Vernon Wells led Toronto with a pair of home runs, helping the club end the year with an 86-76 ledger.
