Bobcats-Sixers: Guards Lead Charlotte Past Philadelphia

 
Raymond Felton and D.J. Augustin led the Bobcats (4-9) to a 93-84 win over the 76ers (7-7) at Time Warner Cable Arena on Monday night.  The Bobcats' starting guards and reserve Adam Morrison led a charge in the fourth quarter to increase their lead to as much as 10 points. Felton had totals of 23 points, seven rebounds, and five assists while rookie guard Augustin had 25 points, five rebounds, and a career-high 11 assists to continue his strong play since becoming a starter.  The Bobcats have begun to play better, despite the absence of their leading scorer, Jason Richardson. Gerald Wallace had 11 points and six rebounds for Charlotte and Emeka Okafor had eight points, nine rebounds, and three blocks.  The Bobcats got a boost off the bench from Morrison, who had 10 points, including a big three-pointer down the stretch that put the Bobcats up for good.
