Bombers Add Another Bomber: Mark Teixeira Third All-Star Signed By Yankees

This signing made my Teixeira article look like I was trying to make myself look like a fool.  The New York Yankees have a successfully lured another All-Star to their team.  They also turned my stomach upside down three times in the last few weeks, with the signings of Sabathia, Burnett, and now Teixeira.  Now they've set their sights on Manny (no real proof). This team is filthy rich.  I'm not mad about it—I'm just disappointed.  I think that they deserve the money, and they worked for it.  I just think it is ridiculous of all the money they have.  Dang!  A-Rod, Jeter, Teixeira.  I got to hand it to them—they just make everybody think, "What economical crisis?" December 23 goes to the Yankees, like those other two days that you might've heard about. (link)
