Yesterday the Philadelphia Phillies were able to solidify their dominance in the N.L. East by clinching the #1 position prior to the All Star break. If you watched more than 15 seconds of last night's first half finale of the Colorado Rockies and the New York Mets, I'm sure you were "treated" to the sight of the man I will refer to as "Sign Guy."
