Josh Boone was checked out by a doctor today. Though the Nets did not release any details of his condition - he experienced a rapid heartbeat in practice last week - he’s apparently okay. A release the Nets sent out earlier says the Boone will return to practice next week.
He’ll miss tonight’s preseason game against the 76ers and Friday’s at the Garden. That means Brook Lopez will likely see more time at center, and possibly start Wednesday’s season-opener at Washington.
More later.
