Brandon Jennings Makes Debut 62 Games Into Rookie Season (Humor)

Milwaukee Bucks' rookie guard Brandon Jennings made his season debut for the team well after the All-Star break, during a home game against the Boston Celtics. Jennings, who is well-known for his late arrival on stage during the NBA Draft, strolled onto the court at the game during the third quarter as Boston forward Leon Powe was at the free-throw line. "He didn't even wait at the substitution table," said the surprised Bucks PA announcer, who had choice but to announce Jennings' arrival. "He just walked on the court, blew kisses to the fans, and had his picture taken with Kevin Garnett." Earlier in the season, Jennings' agent, Bill Duffy had released a statement saying that his client would not be playing for Milwaukee this season amid fears about the team's lack of success and exposure in 2009-2010.  "Because we do not have a strong grasp of the Bucks' conference positioning, we decided it was best for Brandon not to attend games until we got a better picture," Duff said.
