Buck returns to Royals as a proud dad

Catcher John Buck, happy and relieved, rejoined the Royals on Monday at Fenway Park. He spent the past three days in Kansas City with his wife Brooke and their newly arrived twin sons, Cooper and Brody.

Tonight, the Kansas City Royals come into Fenway Park to take on the Boston Red Sox. It’s a different Royals team now as manager Trey Hillman has them playing some good baseball. While the Royals are 1 game below .500, they only sit two games out of first place in the AL Central. Jon Lester threw his first career no hitter against the Kansas City Royals tonight. He has faced just one more than the minimum before walking the first batter in the ninth.
