Was sitting down to watch the Monday Night Football game tonight as Atlanta Falcons were visiting the New Orleans Saints. As the game unfolded I kept hearing all of these names that previously were involved with the Buffalo Bills organization.
As I pondered the fate of these ex-Bills, I realized the irony of what was unfolding. Atlanta's offensive coordinator, Mike Mularkey, was going up against New Orleans' defensive coordinator, Gregg Williams, in the game tonight.
What was so ironic about that? Both of these coaches had previously been head coaches of the Buffalo Bills. That got me to wondering, have two coordinators ever faced off against each other that used to be the head coach for the same pro team?
I tried to google to find the answer, I tried to call that 1-866 number you see ads run on TV to find an answer, and I even pulled out my Magic Black Eight Ball. Nothing, nada, zip. I don't know the answer.
Then I started hearing the names of ex-Bills players: there was Jabrari Greer, ...
