Bulls Win NBA Lottery, 2nd Pick to Heat

 
The Chicago Bulls win the NBA draft lottery on Tuesday, vaulting from the ninth spot the No. 1 spot in June's draft. Miami, the team with the league's worst record, will pick second. (link)
