Cabrera helps Tribe win fifth straight

Four quick runs and another run in the third inning to combat a two-run Orioles' first weren't enough for Jeremy Sowers and the Indians' bullpen. But, as they did the night before, the offense was there to bail them out as the Tribe broke a late tie to beat the O's, 7-5.
