Can The City Of Brotherly Love Get Some Love?

 
The city of Brotherly Love, home to the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers. Also the Philadelphia 76ers. Not since Allen Iverson graced the hardwood at the CoreStates Center (now the Wachovia Center) has the 76ers been this successful With wins over Western Conference powerhouses Phoenix and Dallas, Philadelphia undoubtedly deserves some respect. No one talks about Philly, all the talk about in the East is about Boston,Detroit, and Cleveland. Even the garbage teams of the East receive more publicity than them. Evidence: The Chicago Bulls and their slow development, what a disappointment the Miami Heat has been, and the New York Knicks Controversy. Never mind their below .500 record (28-33), they're still in the playoffs. As of today, they hold the 7th seed in Eastern Conference and only 2 1/2 games away from the Washington Wizards who hold the 6th. Well I'm taking the responsibility of promoting this overlooked squad today and focusing on what has made this team run.  ...
