Cards, Fitzgerald close on 4 years, $40M (AP)

 
Two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald is on the brink of signing a $40 million, four-year contract extension with the Arizona Cardinals. A person familiar with the deal says it's expected to be finalized later Tuesday. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because the contract has not been signed. (link)
