Cardinals Pro Bowl safety Adrian Wilson will undergo season-ending surgery on his injured right heel. Wilson becomes the third Arizona defensive starter lost for the season in the past three weeks. The team placed cornerback Eric Green on injured reserve Tuesday with a groin tear. He was injured in Sunday's overtime loss to San Francisco.
