Bears running back Cedric Benson hurt his left ankle at the end of a 21-yard run early in the second quarter of today's game against the Denver Broncos and had to leave the field on a cart.

Browns quarterback Derek Anderson is about to become a restricted free agent, and a very rich man. He would look very good in a Bears uniform. Or, for that matter, a Ravens, Chiefs, Vikings or Falcons uniform. The Browns don't want to lose him because Anderson has been one of the best passers in football and probably the most pleasant surprise of the 2007 season.Bears Return to Playoff Hunt
