The streets of Boston will be turned into a mobile party for the second time in a year.
Boston Mayor Tom Menino told WBZ-AM radio Wednesday that a "rolling rally" to honor the NBA champion Boston Celtics will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday.
The rally is expected to start at the TD Banknorth Garden, where the Celtics clinched their 17th crown on Tuesday night with a win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
