The four owners of the Champ Car World Series could decide the fate of the Indianapolis-based open-wheel circuit any day, but one of them offered a word of caution.

The Panthers, Colts and Redskins are all over the cap. The teams with the most salary cap room are the Titans, who have 36.6 million to work with.
