Alright, I am really sick of ESPN's "analysts" explaining the whole Bears-Broncos trade. I figured, that I would give my two cents on the Bears as a whole. Schlereth and Dilfer and all these so called experts ramble on and on how good Kyle Orton was. Look, I don't hate the guy but seriously, who were they watching?
If they mean Orton was good at overthrowing the deep ball and was a rock in the pocket, then yes, Kyle Orton was the best Quarterback of all time. But honestly, he was mediocre at best. People blame the WR corp and the offensive line for the Bears' cruddy offense.
Let's get something straight, I am perfectly content with Hester being our go to guy and having Olson, Clark and Forte be our primary receivers. It's the way the Bears are built. Our leading receiver was Forte with 64 catches I believe. That is ridiculous that 64 catches LED OUR TEAM. Now, Cutler and what he brings. He is actually younger than Orton, and better as well.
