Chivas goalkeeper will miss Mexican season (AP)

Chivas goalkeeper Luis Michel broke his left forearm during a Superliga game and will miss the 2008 Mexican Apertura league season. Michel was injured Saturday night when he went for a rebound and was hit by Gabriel Pereyra in the 89th minute against Atlante in San Jose, Calif. Team doctor Narciso Lopez confirmed the injury Sunday.
