The funereal procession out of the San Antonio locker room began about thirty minutes after the final buzzer. With the media clustering around the door, Spurs center Fabricio Oberto emerged first and pushed through the crowd, shaking his head in frustration as he pored over a stat sheet.

Probably go with the ‘gut feeling’. But I think the Lakers have game 2.
I know the Spurs will come out hard.
I know that San Antonio won’t be overly bothered by the game 1 loss.
It’s not going to get in their heads, they are not - pointedly - the Suns.
But… I think it’s the Lakers who improve performance ...

Boy oh boy, was it right.
There are still games to be played (most importantly, to be played on San Antonio’s home court), so don’t want to get ahead of myself, but sheesh… was that a dominant game by the Lakers or what?
