One final word on Kevin Parrom incident: We understand the CHSAA has opted to take no stance in the matter and the St. Raymond’s administration will apparently back current coach Oliver Antigua. *** The Tucson paper is reporting Kevin O’Neill, who had a hand shake agreement to replace Lute Olson as head coach at Arizona when Olson retired, but was dismissed when Olson returned from his medical leave of absence, is set to accept an assistant coaching job with the NBA Memphis Grizzlies. *** When North Carolina’s 6-6 sixth man Danny Green from St. Mary’s HS and North Carolina declared for the NBA draft after his junior year, the word out of Tobacco Road was that he was just testing the waters. But dad Danny Green Sr. has since said his son will do more than just test the waters and has every intention of leaving if he feels he will be drafted and can get a contract.
