Church will return as outfield backup

When outfield Ryan Church returns later this year -- if he returns later this year -- he will find himself on the bench. Manager Jerry Manuel said that he is comfortable with Fernando Tatis in right and the Nick Evans-Daniel Murphy platoon in left.
