Clock Strikes Twelve For Hoyas

 
74-70  The over-rated Georetown Hoyas are now non-existant in this year's tournament. What happenend can only be described as the second half magic Curry brings. When I saw that it was a 27-38 game at halftime in favor of the Hoyas, I was certain that Davidson would win. Clearly someone that did not watch the first-round game between Davidson and Gonzaga would immediatly reside to giving the Hoyas the "W". If that individual did watch that special first-round game like most of us did, they would have seen Mr. Stephen Curry score 40 total points. The funny thing about this number is that 30 of them were scored in the second half. A second half miracle was nothing new as he scored 30 total points, 25 of them coming after halftime. The problem I have with this is it will be difficult to continue doing this "technique". If Davidson is going to beat a good Wisconsin team, they really need to get Curry splitting his shots evenly between the halves. However, if other ... (link)
