The Dallas Cowboys are doing some big-time spending to keep their key players in the fold. The three-year, $27 million deal to which wide receiver Terrell Owens has agreed means that, since May 20, the Cowboys have handed out $122 million-worth of contract extensions to tailback Marion Barber, cornerback Terence Newman and Owens.
