Crime Dog Doubtful for Snake Oil Bowl

 
Sam McGuffie is doubtful for the Purdue game with lingering effects from a concussion. He took a very hard helmet to helmet hit in the MSU game and I thought he was knocked out at one point. With an injury like this I would rather seem him take at least a week off. He hasn't practiced this week. Michael Shaw will most likely take his position on kickoff return. LB Austin Painter should be back for the Purdue game LB Mike Leach still has a high ankle sprain and will not be available this weekend Junior Heminway still recovering from Mono and doesn't have enough strength to play yet. (I wonder if he can get a medical redshirt?) Carlos Brown is still having trouble cutting and is still a few weeks out from playing Safety Mike Williams is out for the Purdue game with a concussion. The left side of the offensive line as left little to be desired this year and John Ferrara a former DT is giving Tim McAvoy a run for his money as a starter.
