Czech Republic risk failing to
qualify for the 2010 World Cup because they turned a blind eye
to their problems, new coach Frantisek Straka says.
Straka, appointed last month after the sacking of Petr Rada
following a 2-1 home defeat by Slovakia, told Reuters they were
paying the price for failing to plan for the retirement of a
golden era of players like Pavel Nedved and Jan Koller.
