D'Antoni, Johnson, Carlisle on Knicks' list?

 
Mike D'Antoni has not hit the open market yet, Avery Johnson already is mulling some options and Rick Carlisle has had a conversation with Donnie Walsh about the Knicks' coaching vacancy. But for various reasons, none of these experienced coaches likely is headed to New York, which means Mark Jackson remains the lead candidate to be named the next head coach. [link]
