David Robinson Snubs Dwyane Wade

 
David Robinson is one of the most respected players of all time. He is a two-time NBA Champion, an MVP, a 10-time NBA All-Star, a defensive player of the year, and has numerous other on and off the court awards. He is an NBA legend and will always be remembered by Spurs and NBA fans alike. But apparently, he certainly isn't keeping up with the NBA anymore. During the second quarter of the San Antonio Spurs-Miami Heat game in Miami, the Heat’s Jason Jackson interviewed the “Admiral”. Jackson asked Robinson what he thought of the current US Olympic Basketball team, aka the "Redeem Team" that just won the Gold Medal in Beijing. He responded by saying something like "It was really nice to see guys like Kobe and LeBron mature and lead that team to victory." I had to rewind to make sure I had heard that right. Kobe and LeBron? Robinson completely failed to mention a little guy named Dwyane Wade. I was very insulted and angered that he snubbed Wade like that. Even the Heat's color ... (link)
