David Stern will not be ordered to testify in Sonics trial

A judge in New York rejected most of the requests made by the city of Seattle for information in preparation for its June 16 trial against the Sonics. The judge rejected the city's request for financial records of the other 29 NBA teams, and said NBA commissioner David Stern will not be ordered to testify in the trial.
