Some programs across the country could most likely recruit top talent in their sleep. Ones that come to mind are Southern California and Michigan football, Duke and North Carolina basketball. These programs have no formula set in stone (other than snatching top-notch high school talent out of mid air), but they certainly produce winning records in almost every season.
