Did Jorge Posada talk Joe Girardi out of pulling Mike Mussina?

 
Greetings. I’ve had a few real-life stuff to take care of over the last few days, so while I’ve had the Yankee game on in the background, I haven’t always watched the last two games very closely. But Yankee blogger Ross of nyystadiuminsider.com has been watching the games closely - and recording them. And he sent me a link to this video tonight of Jorge Posada apparently talking Joe Girardi out of pulling Mike Mussina. Here’s how Ross described the scene: Very awkward moment on YES tonight. Moose gave up his second HR of the game in the 7th inning with 2 outs and Girardi came out of the dugout, met everyone at the mound and began to signal for the righty in the pen. As he was touching his arm to make the call, Jorge said something and stopped him from doing so. Girardi bowed to his former dynasty-mate and kept Moose in.
