Landon Donovan scored three times and had an assist to run his MLS-leading total to eight goals in five games, and the Los Angeles Galaxy beat Chivas USA 5-2 on Saturday night. The Galaxy's Alan Gordon added a pair of goals, with his first snapping a 2-2 tie in the 76th minute. Donovan gave Los Angeles a two-goal pad a minute later with his third score of the game.
