They barely had time to work up a sweat before the Chicago Bulls found themselves trailing by 19 points Thursday night against the Dallas Mavericks. And less than six minutes into the game, the boos started rolling across the United Center. "It's only the first quarter of an NBA game, so I knew we'd come from behind somehow," Chicago rookie Derrick Rose said.
